My name is Enrico Menna, I love cooking and, above all, making those who try my food feel good. Over the years, I've increasingly appreciated the bond I create with my customers. Therefore, after many years of experience in restaurants, I've decided to speak directly with them, one-on-one, to create better experiences by taking care of every detail. I bring my cuisine to your table, sharing my skills with you. I believe that each person deserves my utmost attention.
Specializing in Tuscan cuisine, but not only! Truffles, fish, and game characterize my experience, and attention to the immense variety of vegetables and legumes enrich my menus.

From simple cooking classes like "Pasta Classes" to a specific menu to be created entirely by hand.
I travel to every corner of Tuscany, including the Siena area, Empoli, Palaia, San Miniato, as well as Radda in Chianti, San Gimignano, Montalcino as well as Peccioli, Colle Val D'Elsa, Monteriggioni, and Fiesole.

Tell me about your idea, including your details (name, surname, phone number, and email address), the expected number of guests, whether they are adults or children, and the location and date of the event. Specify any allergies or special needs.
I will reply as soon as possible with an initial solution tailored to you.
Any additional services and confirmation
Based on your idea, we'll discuss any additional services you may need, such as a waiter, table settings if necessary, recommendations and wine pairings selected from my cellar, and/or live music to accompany your event. Once everything is agreed upon, I'll update your quote with the additional services.
Relax and enjoy the moment
Once you've completed every note on your idea, relax because I'll take care of everything. I'll take care of the shopping and preparation. I and any staff members will arrive at the event location approximately two hours early with everything needed for the organization. We'll take care of setting up the venue and cleaning up the kitchen and dishes afterwards. You and your guests will just have to enjoy the moment, without a care in the world. Those who are curious can watch the chef at work while enjoying a glass of fine wine.
